Sony Xperia L

 3.5
Pros: Sturdy case design, Support for microSD cards, Affordable pricing, Snappy performance for mid-range price
Cons: Dull display, Aging hardware, Limited on-device storage space due to pre-installed applications
Verdict: Much of the new Xperia line has received rave reviews. This phone is no exception. As Sony's attempt to enter the budget mid-range market, it features slightly less power than the rest of the series, but a lower price tag as well.

Sony Xperia L review

 3.0
Pros: Impressive camera for price, Expensive-looking design, STAMINA battery mode
Cons: Sharp bezel, Unresponsive touchscreen, No Bravia Engine display tech
Verdict: The Sony Xperia Z was finally the proof we needed that the Japanese tech giant could in fact build a smartphone to truly rival the iPhone 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S4 and now it's setting its sights on the other end of the market with the Sony Xperia L.

Sony Xperia L Review: In Depth

 3.5
Pros: Premium UI, Promising camera, Ergonomic design
Cons: Underwhelming battery, Low internal storage, Expensive
Verdict: Not everyone is looking for a 4G connected handset just yet and as such, Sony is still more than happy to instil its premium smartphone experience into a more conventional piece of hardware. Meet the Sony Xperia L.

Sony Xperia L Review

 4.5
Pros: The Sony Xperia L offers rich features and justifies its price. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, dual camera, 1 GB RAM, and 1 GHz Qualcomm dual core processor with many more exiting features.
Cons: Sony Xperia L offers a low screen resolution compared to others mobiles in its price range.
Verdict: This is a good buy in its price range and offers good features too. Its low screen resolution can be the only reason to avoid.

Sony Xperia L review

 3.0
Pros: Sharp and vivid display, Solid performer, Dedicated camera key
Cons: Dubious design, Camera is rather disappointing, Scant storage, too much bloatware
Verdict: This year Sony has caused heads to turn with its superior, tough-bodied Xperia Z , and it has created positive waves with its mid-priced Xperia SP too. But the company has also released a more budget friendly handset, the Xperia L.

Sony Xperia L review Review

 2.5
Pros: Attractive design, Decent screen colours, Inexpensive
Cons: Unimpressive performance, Some software bugs, Lacklustre camera, Older version of Android, Screen resolution could be higher
Verdict: With its sleek black and silver design, the Sony Xperia L is definitely among the better looking budget bunch. It's let down though by its lacklustre performance, older, glitchy software, meagre storage and only adequate camera.

Review Sony Xperia L Smartphone

 3.6
Pros: Good build quality, Good screen, Good camera, Camera with HDR, Decent battery runtimes, High viewing angle stability, Current Android version 4.1, The good display quality despite some unfavorable measurements.
Cons: Plastic case, No LTE support, glossy surface, LTE support would have been nice, but that is almost too much considering the price point.
Verdict: Something good and inexpensive. The Sony Xperia L is another smartphone from the Xperia series. Our review shows us that this phone is good bang for buck and you would not go wrong if you go for it. With the Xperia Z at the top-end of the line,Sony now has a mainstream smartphone in the Xperia L .

Sony Xperia L review

 5.0
Verdict: The Xperia L is Sony's mid-range handset for this year, slotting in under the powerful Xperia SP and flagship Xperia Z . It's currently fairly expensive on contract but, at less than 225 SIM-free, you get an awful lot of phone for your money.

Sony Xperia L Review

Verdict: There are a lot of mid-range phones out there, and most of them are fairly average looking. Yes, they work and they don't look awful, but they aren't particularly eye catching, either. Enter the Sony Xperia L .

Sony Xperia L review: Xperia Lite

Pros: Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and dual or quad-band HSPA support, 21 Mbps HSDPA and 5.76 Mbps HSUPA, 4.3" 16M-color TFT capacitive touchscreen of FWVGA resolution (480 x 854 pixels) at around 228 ppi, Android OS v4.1.2 Jelly Bean, Dual-core 1 GHz Krait CPU, Adreno 305 GPU, Qualcomm MSM8230 Snapdragon
Cons: No 1080p video capture, poor video quality, No Mobile BRAVIA engine, Sub-par viewing angles, Rather big and heavy for its display size
Verdict: Sony's ticking along nicely and it's almost hard to believe this is only its second season on its own. Having finally made their presence felt in the premium end, the Japanese are showing enviable focus and determination in bringing the middle ranks up to date.

Sony Xperia L Review

 3.5
Pros: Smart design; Feature-packed mid-range camera
Cons: Limited internal storage; Average battery life
Verdict: Sony's flagship Xperia Z phone is a premium five-inch slice of loveliness, but likely to be priced out of most people's budget, hence a swift release of two more wallet-friendly models: the 4.6-inch Xperia SP , which costs a good chunk less but still rocks the same sleek design and excellent
